SEAMS will keep you updated of any special meetings or upcoming events of interest or relevance. Some of these events may take place at our own meeting location in Lincoln, and some will be independent locations. SEAMS may or may not be affiliated with independent events, but we will do our best to keep you informed. We will also provide you information regarding other various and relevant events of interest.

IEP TRAINING: Excellent for both Parents AND Professionals: IEP Training with Michael Rosenberg, of Area Board III. Parents/Professionals will have the opportunity, in a group setting, to ask specific questions about special education services. Parent Education for Sensory Enrichment of 4-5 Year Olds - click for Flier and Dates! - Excellent reviews! Join veteran Roseville Adult School Parent Education Instructor Myra Todrank for this sensory based enrichment class. The intent of this class is to give parents the "tools" to understand their children from the "inside-out" and to strengthen the foundation for higher learning through hands-on/ developmental activities.  Sensory integrative techniques are introduced (proprioceptive, tactile, vestibular), as well as a focus on the hierarchy of the developmental sequence of the central nervous system for processing and organizing sensory input.  CALL FOR UPDATED DATES!
